Registration can be done at Toowoon Bay Surf Life Saving Club during Office hours at the Club Office or at the Toowoon Bay Cafe

16 years & Over
Club Membership Form

Child Protection or P.E.D.Form
(The Child Protection Form is a requirement by law. All those who come in contact with children MUST complete this form)
